1. Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at support@goldelephantenterprises.com with your order number and reason for return,
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- 2. Refunds
- After your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- 3. Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- • Undergarments
- • Face coverings
- • Digital products or downloadable content
- 4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will replace it at no additional cost or offer a refund if the item is out of stock.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank or payment provider. Then contact us, and we’ll assist you right away.
